1. Centerd weight tolerance in 1 meter span

In this experiment a 15*15 cm weight was pressed against a 1 m² panel and according to the measurement range, the maximum jump for the 89 kg weight was 6.16 mm. Increasing the weight to 202 kg , the panel broke.

2. Linear weight tolerance in 1 meter span

In the second experiment, the linear weight in form of a rod with 1 meter in diameter, was pressed against the Contex panel and the measurable jump of a 496kg weight was 44.6mm. Increasing the weight to 928kg the panel broke.

3. Expanded weight tolerance in 1 meter span

The third experiment was conducted on an expanded surface of 1 m². The jump and the breakage rate was measured 6.44mm and 1096.

2) Noise and heat insulator
Contex panels are good heat insulators. Every 5cm panel, functions equal to 2.5cm fiberglass. In addition, as the pressure of the machine is adjusted to maintain the natural diameter, the enclosed air in the thatch plays the role of an appropriate noise insulator well.
